We carry deeply ingrained survival patterns that have been passed through generations. These instincts once helped our ancestors stay alive, but today they can be triggered by everyday experiences, creating unconscious blocks that keep us from living the life we truly want.

Pattern Recognition & Release (PRR) is an intuitive, guided process that helps uncover these hidden patterns. They are often rooted in an unconscious fear—such as fear of failure, rejection, or abandonment—or a deeply held belief that you need to behave a certain way to feel safe, accepted, or in control.

Together, we'll explore how these patterns are showing up in your life today. Once we identify the underlying fear or belief, we'll work to release it energetically. We then use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or Tapping) to clear the emotional charge connected to those patterns, helping you respond to life with greater freedom and choice.

Tapping can provide relief from chronic pain, emotional problems, disorders, addictions, phobias, post traumatic stress disorder, and physical diseases.  

I will open the chakras and then place crystals for each chakra onto the body and work with the client’s energy until I feel a balance between the chakras and in the entire energy field.
